1.1 Effective Real Estate Transactions With Body Linguistics: Networking, Sales, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

1.3 Basics of Body Linguistics Class - typically once a week from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., $300 for four sessions.

• Harnessing the tremendous power of nonverbal communication through Body Linguistics sessions through the "glue" of habit. Just as a personal trainer custom designs exercises for people on the physical level, so does the Body Linguistics Life Trainer custom design exercises to meet your needs on physical, emotional, mental and intuitive levels.

• Discover why typically 20% of effectiveness is about what you know about nonvebal communication, and 80% is about how you apply that knowledge through Body Linguistics sessions.

• Use custom designed nonverbal exercises based on feedback such as mirror and video-feedback to: 1) identify the priorities and objectives that are best suited for you, 2) identify the hidden obstacles in the way of these objectives, 3) overcome these obstacles through such exercises as nonverbal affirmations and effective role-playing, 4) effectively create a specific plan of action to implement these objectives through "nonverbal brainstorming" - harnessing the creative power of the synergy of the group through Body Linguistics.
