1. THE POWER OF AN AFFIRMATIONDid you know that the real power of an affirmation lies not so much in the words, but how the words are said? With over 90% of the meaning in a statement being nonverbal, an affirmation is typically a "head trip" and somewhat ineffective if it is "just words".
Feel free to take anyone of the Body Linguistics classes and learn how to develop effective affirmations. Sometimes an affirmation such as "I am a successful salesperson, and I am doubling my sales in 3 months" may currently not be very powerful. Sometimes this power can be developed by getting before a mirror and working with your body, if you know what to look for. Sometimes the words need to be changed so that they are more meaningful. Somestimes a different exercise (usually nonverbal) is required. Fortunately Body Linguistics can be used to develop custom designed exercises to empower your affirmations.
I had a client who repeated the same affirmation before coming to class, month after month, but with no behavioral change. Once this client got before the mirror and adjusted body language to give the affirmation more meaning, it got manifested the very next week.
